    I miss Rob coming into the salon. He was always happy and always had kind words. We had lots of talks about life and he always made me laugh and always made me feel better. He was always so positive and I miss him so much. Once I called his cell phone just hoping to hear his voice.

      Good morning, Pam! Thank you so much for your post! It is so great to hear memories from people near and far who knew Rob. I have a “Happyness at Work” series I’m working on it’s so true…that one customer or employee, co-worker or boss, who makes your day a little brighter, a little easier, means everything!

      As for the voice…we have voicemails we listen to over and over again just to hear him talking nonsense. I never realized how important the most silly message can become! If I ever meet you…I’ll be sure to play one for you!
